On August 22, 2022, he was promoted to sergeant and assumed expanded responsibilities representing the department at Dedham District Court. In that role, he worked closely with the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office and court personnel, helping support victims—particularly in domestic violence cases—and strengthening coordination between law enforcement and community services.
